FAQ


-Minimum rental period is 5 days during the months of June, July and August. 

-Pickups and returns are by appointment, but we will work with you.

-Liability, comprehensive and collision insurance coverage is included.  Supplemental insurance is available.

-Cleaning charges will be assessed if the unit is not clean when returned.  Fees can range from $75 to $350.  An additional fee of $500 will be charged for smoke or pet odors; both of which are strictly prohibited.

-Fuel charges will be assessed if not returned with the same levels of gas and propane as departure.

-Dumping fees will be charged if the tanks are not emptied.  Fees start at $100.

-Renter must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver's license.  All drivers must be included on the contract and be present at the time of departure.  We will need to make a copy of all driver's licenses.

-Renter must have a valid credit card in his/her own name and provide us with an imprint at dispatch.

-The security deposit of $1500 is payable by cash, check (7days prior), or credit card hold (will be charged and held on your account/subject to service charge).

-No reservations are accepted less than 7 days prior to rental.

-All reservations require a deposit to hold unit.

-All reservations must be paid in full by contract agreements.

-No refunds once booked and confirmed.  We will work with you to try and reschedule based on availability.

-24/7 roadside assistance provided.
